In 2020, LOGI in partnership with Publish what you pay, worked on developing a citizen guide that aims to simplify the terms and conditions of the “Exploration & Production Agreement” between the Lebanese government and the 1st licensing round winning consortium Total, ENI and Novatek. 

This document will allow Lebanese citizens to better understand the content of the contract weather from the relationship between different rightsholders, the steps that should be taken in the production phase, appraisal plan, declaration of commerciality as well as employment, royalties, cost and profit petroleum.
